The Northwest Youth Rodeo Association is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization founded in 1974 and operates completely from sponsorships, donations and fundraising.

NWYRA provides a significant opportunity through sponsored advertising at every one of our rodeos to let our audience and the community know your business supports our youth and the sport of rodeo.  When a NWYRA rodeo rolls into town, the general attendance at our weekend rodeo is more than 750+ people who bring lots of business into the community.

NWYRA is very proud to consistently have our Contestants qualify for the Jr. World Finals (formally the  Jr. NFR) and Vegas Tuffest World Championship.  NWYRA also has many Contestants participate in Jr. High School and High School Rodeo.  In addition, we award education scholarships every year to our graduating seniors.

Sponsorship is appreciated during anytime of the year, but sponsorship must be received by April 15 to guarantee advertising.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

PLATINUM SADDLE SPONSOR - $5,000.00 (only 8 spots available)​

  • Everything listed for Copper, Bronze, Steel (day sheets only), Silver, and Gold Sponsorships (excluding Barrel Covers) Sponsorships, in addition:

  • Company logo will be engraved on one (1) SADDLE that is won by an All-Around Champion;

  • You and a guest are invited to the NWYRA Awards Banquet to present your company sponsored saddle to the Contestant who proudly earned it;

  • Company logo will be printed on the NWYRA Contestants BACK NUMBERS; and

  • Company logo will be embroidered on the NWYRA COURT JACKETS.

FINALS BUCKLE SPONSOR - $4,500.00 (only 1 spot available)​

  • Everything listed for Copper, Bronze, Steel (day sheets only), Silver, and Gold (excluding Barrel Covers) Sponsorships, in addition:

  • Company name will be engraved on the back of each BUCKLE (34 buckles total) earned at the NWYRA Finals Rodeo. 

  • You and a guest are invited to the NWYRA Awards Banquet to present your company sponsored buckles to all the Contestants who proudly earned them; and

  • Company logo will be printed on the NWYRA Contestants BACK NUMBERS.

GOLD BARREL SPONSOR - $2,500.00

  • Everything listed for Copper, Bronze, Steel (day sheets only), and Silver Sponsorships, in addition:

  • Exclusive for Gold Barrel Sponsors ONLY- company logo will be displayed on all three (3) BARREL COVERS; and

  • Company logo will be displayed on the NWYRA TRAILER.

SILVER SPUR SPONSOR - $1,750.00​​​

  • Everything listed for Copper, Bronze, and Steel (day sheets only) Sponsorships, in addition;

  • NWYRA will provide one (1) FLAG printed with your company logo to be displayed in our Grand Entry. 

STEEL BUCKING CHUTE SPONSOR - $1,200.00​ (only 6 spots available)

  • Everything listed for Copper, and Bronze Sponsorships, in addition;

  • Exclusive for Steel Bucking Chute Sponsors ONLY - Compnay logo will be displayed on one (1) BUCKING CHUTE GATE at every rodeo; and

  • Company logo will be displayed on the rodeo DAY SHEETS.

BRONZE BANNER SPONSOR - $500.00​

  • Everything listed for Copper Sponsorship, in addition;

  • NWYRA will provide one (1) 3x5 BANNER printed with your company logo to be displayed in the arena at every rodeo.

COPPER BUCKLE SPONSOR - $250.00

  • Company logo will be advertised on the NWYRA WEBSITE and SOCIAL MEDIA;

  • Company logo displayed in the year-end AWARDS BANQUET BOOK;

  • Company Name will be ANNOUNCED during our rodeos.
