AT NWYRA, CONTESTANTS EARN PAY-OUTS IN EVERY EVENT!

IN ADDITION, HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO WIN SOME FANTASTIC PRIZES & GIFTS!

CONTESTANT GIFT

  1. Contestant must compete in 5 of the 9 rodeos;

  2. Parent must volunteer at each rodeo;

  3. Contestant must be in good standing with NWYRA;

  4. Contestant will receive this gift at the Awards Banquet;

  5. The Contestant Award is different every year and is decided by the Awards Director(s).

  6. Contestants must pick up their gift in person or arrange for someone else to collect it at the Awards Banquet. Items not picked up will be forfeited.

INDIVIDUAL EVENT AWARDS

  1. Qualifications are the same as Contestant Award listed above, in addition;

  2. Contestant must compete in each specific individual event at a minimum of 5 of the 9 rodeos
    and have the most accumulated points in that individual event using the NWYRA point system;

  3. Contestants will received these awards at the Awards Banquet.

  4. Contestants must be present on stage to accept their award in person or arrange for someone else to stand in their place at the Awards Banquet. Awards not picked up will be forfeited.

ALL AROUND CHAMPION AWARDS

  1. Qualifications are the same as Contestant Awards and Individual Event Awards listed above, in addition;

  2. Contestant must compete in three (3) or more events in a minimum of 5 of the 9 rodeos and have the most accumulated points overall;

  3. The All-Around Awards are to the top three (3) Boys and Girls in each division; Champion, Reserve Champion and Top 3 Champion. 

  4. The All-Around Champions are announced within 2 weeks of completion of season after points audit has been conducted.

​​RODEO WEEKEND ALL AROUND AWARDS

  1. Rodeo Weekend All Around awards are given to the top Boy and Girl in each division who accumulate the most points combined for Rodeo 1 and Rodeo 2 for that weekend

  2. Contestants must compete in 2 or more events to be eligible.

  3. These awards are presented at the following rodeo with Philomath presented at the Awards Banquet

FINALS RODEO BUCKLE WINNERS

  1. Qualifications are the sames as Contestant Award listed above, in addition;

  2. Buckles are given to each division, for each individual event to the contestant who accumulates the most points in that individual event using the NWYRA point system;

  3. These custom buckles are presented at the Awards Banquet.

RAFFLE TICKET TOP SELLER AWARDS

  1. This awards is given the to the top seller who sells the most raffle tickets.

  2. Top seller awards are presented at the Awards Banquet.
