Contestant Gift:

  1. Contestant must compete in 5 of the 9 rodeos;

  2. Parent must volunteer at each rodeo;

  3. Contestant must be in good standing with NWYRA;

  4. Contestant will receive this gift at the Awards Banquet;

  5. The Contestant Award is different every year and is decided by the Awards Director(s).

Individual Event Awards:

  1. Qualifications are the same as Contestant Award listed above, in addition;

  2. Contestant must compete in each specific individual event at a minimum of 5 of the 9 rodeos
    and have the most accumulated points in that individual event using the NWYRA point system;

  3. Contestants will received these awards at the Awards Banquet.

All-Around Awards:

  1. Qualifications are the same as Contestant Awards and Individual Event Awards listed above, in addition;

  2. Contestant must compete in three (3) or more events in a minimum of 5 of the 9 rodeos and have the most accumulated points overall;

  3. The All-Around Saddle is awarded to the top Boy and Girl in each division;

  4. Contestants will receive their Champion Saddles at the Awards Banquet.

Rodeo Weekend High Point Awards:

  1. Rodeo Weekend High Point awards are given to the top Boy and Girl in each division who accumulate the most points combined for Rodeo 1 and Rodeo 2 for that weekend;

  2. These awards are presented at the final rodeo of the season in Philomath.

"Philomath Finals" Buckle Winners:

  1. Qualifications are the sames as Contestant Award listed above, in addition;

  2. Buckles are given to each division, for each individual event to the contestant who accumulates the most
    points in that individual event using the NWYRA point system;

  3. These custom buckles are presented at the Awards Banquet.

Raffle Ticket Top Seller Award:

  1. This award is presented to the the Contestant(s) who sell the most raffle tickets;

  2. This award(s) are presented at the Awards Banquet.
